These Terms of Use govern your use of surninsynergy.com (the "Site"), operated by SURNIN SYNERGY LTD ("Surnin Synergy", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is for

The Site describes our company, team, expertise and products, and lets you get in touch with us. Its content is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and it is not an offer to provide services on particular terms.

Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Other names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.

5. Messages you send us

Please do not send confidential information or trade secrets through the contact form or other unsecured channels before we have agreed to keep it confidential, for example under a signed non-disclosure agreement. Until then we cannot treat what you send as confidential. We handle the personal data in your messages as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Links to other websites

The Site links to websites and services run by others, including our products such as Graphis, and LinkedIn, Telegram and Instagram. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranty

We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, free of viruses or up to date, and we may change or remove content without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from relying on its content. 10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them or the Site are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
