Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SURNIN SYNERGY LTD ("Surnin Synergy", "we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data when you visit surninsynergy.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.
1. Who we are
SURNIN SYNERGY LTD is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16770926, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
For any privacy question or request, email us at hello@surninsynergy.com.
2. Data we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address and the message you write. We also receive your consent to this policy, which the form asks for before sending.
- Correspondence. Anything you send us by email, LinkedIn or Telegram, and our replies.
- Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about your visit: pages viewed, time on the Site, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser, device type and referring website. It uses cookies to tell visits apart.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records technical request data such as IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request, to run and secure the Site.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, special category data such as health information.
3. How and why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project or partnership with you. Legal basis: your consent, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent to analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and fix errors. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
- To meet legal obligations, for example keeping business records or responding to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
4. Who we share it with
We only share personal data with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the Site and processes requests and technical logs.
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd provides Google Analytics. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
- Telegram delivers contact form submissions to our team's internal channel.
- Email and workspace providers we use for business correspondence.
We may also disclose data to professional advisers, or where the law requires it, or to a buyer if our business is reorganised or sold.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. When that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a business relationship, in which case we keep them for as long as the relationship lasts and as long as the law requires afterwards.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Technical logs: a short period, normally no more than 30 days.
7. Cookies
The Site itself does not need cookies to work. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that last up to two years. We only load Google Analytics after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Reject", no analytics cookies are set and the Site works exactly the same.
We remember your choice in your browser's local storage, which is strictly necessary and contains no personal data. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law (and the EU GDPR where it applies) you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including use based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email hello@surninsynergy.com. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live.
9. Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the people at Surnin Synergy who need it to reply. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
